Profile

Kenzo Oshima is a retired diplomat, with extensive work experience in the United Nations and practitioner experiences in international development and humanitarian areas at the Foreign Ministry and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Currently, Mr. Oshima is serving as the Managing Director of the Africa Society of Japan and as Guest Professor at Hiroshima University and Kwansei University.
